Although there are many places to visit in the whole of India there are many other hill stations too. But today we are going to take you to a place, about which you would have thought to go, so we are talking about a place made of greenery and we call it Devbhoomi.

 The name of the place is   Devbhumi Uttarakhand Uttaranchal a beautiful state located in the northern part of India, known for its stunning landscapes, snow-capped mountains, lush valleys, and spiritual significance. 

We are talking about  Devbhumi Uttarakhand as a Godland because there are many temples in every part of villages and when we go through Uttarakhand we feel most of the living people have the spirit to call their gods and goddesses. 

Another name for  Devbhumi Uttarakhand is (Land of Gods)due to its religious significance and numerous Hindu temples and pilgrimage centers found throughout the state. The capital of Uttaranchal is Dehradun

It is located within Gairsain tehsil, approximately 14 km from the town of Gairsain.

It’s worth noting that the High Court of Uttaranchal is presently located in Nainital, but there are plans for its relocation to Haldwani in the future, underscoring the state’s commitment to infrastructure development and equitable distribution of resources.

Best Time to Visit In Uttarakhand

Uttaranchal is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The best time to visit Devbhumi Uttarakhand is during the months of March to June when the weather is pleasantly cool, and the picturesque landscapes come alive with vibrant blooms. 
This period offers ideal conditions for exploring Uttarakhand’s famous national parks, such as Jim Corbett and Valley of Flowers, where you can witness the rich biodiversity and breathtaking scenery.

Besides all these places there are many other tourist places in Devbhumi Uttarakhand like Abert Mount: which is snuggled in the Kali Kamaon region of Champavawat district of Uttarakhand. Mayavati Ashram: is popularly known as Advatia Ashram is one of the famous visitor attractions located in Lohaghat.

 Fort of Banasur: located in Lohaghat at the peak of Bisung Banasur was the eldest son of Bali and a devotee of lord Shiva and so on. there are many other tourist places in Nainital district: is a Himalayan resort in the Kumaon region in India and it is famous for his lake and attractive views,

  Almora district: is famous for its glory and is dedicated to lord Shiva. almora is also famous for its Lal Bazar Bageshwar district: which is famous for is Baghnath temple it is situated near the bank of the Saryu and Gomati rivers. 

Champavat district: Champawat is a very attractive place in the Kamoun region it was known as the Kali Kamoun capital. Champawat is  also famous for its ancient temple Golju Temple, Baleshwar Temple and Nagnath Temple .they are located in Kumaon region 

 Like Kumaon region there are so many tourist places in Garhwal region districts Dehradun , Haridwar, Tehri, Pauri, Chamoli, and Uttarkashi Let’s start with Dheradun tourist places

 

1. Tiger falls ;tiger Falls, situated in the beautiful forests of Chakrata, offers pristine views of Mother Nature. With an elevation of 312 m, this is one of the highest direct waterfalls in India. 

(2).Tapovan ;With beautiful green surroundings and the River Ganga flowing through it, Tapovan is an ideal location to rest, meditate and seek spiritual strength. It is said that Guru Dronacharya did his penance at the Tapovan temple here. 

Another part of garhwal is tehri ; 1. Tehri dam ;tehri dam is the tallest dam in India and 12th tallest dam in the world.(2). Devprayag Marked by the confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, Devprayag is a religious hub in Uttarakhand.

 Pauri Garhwal .(1).chaukhambha viewpoint: is a vantage point located about 4km from pauri. one can have a breathtakiing view of the mistry himalayas from this point (2).

Nagdev: nagdev temple i a hindu shrine located in pauri garhwal. (Uttarakashi).  (1) Shakti temple : this  temple is known for its trishul (2) Vishwanath temple it is one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Uttarkashi situated on the bank of the river  (Chamoli).
